United Generations

United Generations (UG) is a non-profit organization that performs impact investments and incubates initiatives that foster intergenerational equity.

UG was formed in 2008 in Germany, expanded to the US in 2009, and is tax exempt in both countries

In the US: United Generations, Inc., is tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and is classified as a private foundation within the meaning of Section 509(a) of the Code.

In Deutschland: United Generations e.V. (URNr. 2408/B/2008/BO) engagiert sich ausschließlich für wohltätige Zwecke und ist eine steuerabzugsfähige Organisation im Sinne von §§ 51 ff AO und § 5 Abs. 1 Nr. 9 KStG

The formation of UG was inspired by the UN World Assembly on Aging in 2002, highlighting the importance of intergenerational fairness and solidarity.
