You could organize and coordinate your own Intergenerational Program. Or you could support one of our special committees such as the Marketing Committee or the Fundraising Committee.
Our members have diverse backgrounds, which allows for the mutual exchange of skills. For your donation of time and expertise, UG can offer you great opportunities for personal growth. We are dedicated to making your UG experience an important step in your development.
Although our UG work is unpaid, we expect from each other the same professional conduct as in our full-time jobs. We enjoy making businesses successful in our professional careers. Yet we also believe that the lives and dreams of children and senior citizens deserve the same work ethic and quality of work as might be expected in the corporate world.
Those who are ready to roll up their sleeves, and specifically those who want to be as effective in the non-profit sector as they are in the corporate world, very much appreciate our approach.

You can send your letter of motivation and your CV to Christian Krämer. To protect our participants (mostly children and senior citizens) we might also ask you to produce a recent certificate of good conduct (in Germany: Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis).
